Not a single employer will be entered into our database without thorough examination of authenticity, recommendation letters from artists, which cooperated with this company and personal contacts of our company with representatives of the Customer.

The same applies with the artists and manufactures of goods and services, presented in our database. If an employer sees an artist or service which drew his interest, presented in our database- this means that we guarantee the highest level of quality, total loyalty and Professionalism. That’s exactly how-with capital letter.    

Before offering the contact to interested parties, we conduct thorough review of its regulations, in order to provide the most fruitful conditions for both sides and exclude the possibility of legal discrepancies, which initially put one of the parties at a disadvantage. The head of the company - Elena Klovatsky – professional choreographer -stage manager, teacher of choreography, who has two specialized higher educations and huge experience either in profession, or in many areas, which has direct relation to show-business. Creation of stage outfit, participation in shooting of TV-projects, thorough understanding of marketing processes in Entertainment - industry, direct participation in creation of large-scale shows- all these are the milestones of Creative and professional way of Elena. Executive director of the company - Oleg Klovatsky – a person with years of experience in international business-relations. He is a director on education and a member of Union of Journalists of Ukraine. Such diverse skills and interests transform routine of commercial activity in the process of creation and cause introduction of original product: either casting for small hotel or show-production for massive festival stage.

Legal department of our company prepares, reviews and brings in accordance with the legislation all agency contracts, as well as contacts between the employers, our company, as well as representatives of immigration agencies and government establishment. The head legal department- Dmitriy Kridzanovsky, graduated from Russian Legal University, presented a thesis in arbitration process and commercial law, received training in Central European University in city of Budapest, Hungary and in Shepard Broad College of Law, in city of Fort Lauderdale, USA. Has vast experience of compilation of international contracts, as well as representation of client’s interests in work with USA immigration services. Strong partnership with leading lawyers in States of New York, New Jersey, Florida and California allows our company to provide maximum security and guarantee adherence to liabilities.

An essential part of our company work is an event management in Ukraine with the participation of world-class performers; solo performers, musical bands, theatrical companies. This focus area of the company is managed by Liliya Gomolskaya. Liliya graduated with honors from the Kiev National University with a degree in Psychology, as well as the Kiev National Economic University in Finance. For 13 years, from 1995 to 2008, Liliya led the advertising and marketing department of one of the largest financial structures – Alfa Capital. During this period, with the direct participation of the Liliya in Ukraine and Russia, concerts of such artists as Elton John, Sting, Tina Turner, Eric Clapton, Robbie Williams, Whitney Houston, Paul McCartney, Maurice Bejart, Chris de Burgh, Yuri Bashmet, Vladimir Spivakov took place. And this is an incomplete list of stars with which Lilia directly collaborated. Over the years, her experience and talents were appreciated, and she continued her career in the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine as Deputy Minister. The list of duties included the supervision of seventy-nine National Cultural Objects: dramatic theaters, opera houses, conservatories, circuses.
